We are so excited for IAAPA, the Bouncy’s, and seeing all of our partners! In order to make the most of your time in Orlando we wanted to put together a calendar of Space Walk and IAAPA events.
Monday, November 17th:
10am-2pm | Registration:
Check-in with the Space Walk staff to pick up your IAAPA passes and a more detailed calendar of events.
2-3pm | IAAPA Education – The State of Social Media Marketing in 2014:
What’s the latest in social media? Hear from Social Code – a leader in the social media industry – and learn about the most current social media platform updates, trends, industry best practices, and strategies in this rapidly evolving space. Topics covered will include integrated marketing strategy, paid social media advertising, influencers, and more.
3:15-4:45pm | IAAPA Education – Social Media Breakout Sessions w/Facebook & Twitter:
Dive deeper into social media strategy with the experts from Facebook and Twitter in these breakout sessions. Hear the latest research, industry case studies, platform updates, and organic and paid strategies to help you determine how each platform can best support your attraction’s marketing and communication goals and drive business results at every stage of the customer cycle.
Each of our experts will host 2 sessions “back-to-back” so you won’t miss either presentation!

Join us at the Parakeet Playhouse in the CoCo Key Resort to spend some time with your fellow partners and Home Office staff. We’ll provide food and two hours of free arcade gaming. Don’t miss it! You’ll have a chance to win Space Walk prizes and gift cards.
Tuesday, November 18th:

10am-4pm | IAAPA Expo:
Join your fellow Space Walk partners and staff at IAAPA’s main expo. There will be dozens of entertaining activities including a chance to check out the latest in inflatable products, video games, carnival rides, and junk food. The expo will be open Wednesday and Thursday as well.
6-10pm | The Bouncy’s 2014:
Celebrate the 2013-14 Space Walk season at the Treasure Tavern Dinner Theatre. Join us for a night of entertainment, awards, dinner, and wine! Please wear formal attire, which means you can leave the shorts, jeans, and tennis shoes at home.
Once Annual Partner Meeting events and ceremonies are complete, we hope you have time to enjoy IAAPA, Disney, Universal, or any of Orlando’s other family entertainment options the rest of your stay.
