John joins Space Walk after spending the bulk of his career in public relations, most recently at a full-service marketing agency in New Orleans, where he helped clients in industries ranging from airline technology and law to haunted houses and public art. John has also worked for a gin distiller, a neon/signage shop, and as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher in Chonburi, Thailand.
Outside of work, he enjoys live music and sports. Having grown up in New York, John is – for better-or-worse – still a loyal Knicks and Jets fan, yet has learned to also love the Pelicans and Saints. Thankfully, he can still claim the title of defending National (basketball) Champion, as a Villanova University alum.
John will be filling the role of Operations Manager at SW. He is currently training with the Operations Team and will gradually be introduced as a primary point of contact for many branches next year, as his role grows. Many of you had the chance to meet John at this year’s IAAPA!
